Most preferred format is Illustrator or .eps vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. If you do not have a vector file, high-resolution pictures will suffice. We highly recommend the use of Pantone Matching System colors in your art in order to reproduce the colors you require.

We use Pantone colors for artworks and in production. We will match colors as closely as your original design. If you need exactly the same colors, please use colors from Pantone Solid Coated palette for your design.

Yes. A backstamp is another way to make your pins special.

Usually orders will go into production in the same or next business day of your artwork approval. We are not able to make changes to your order once it is in production. Check with your sales reps, and he or she will let you know.


Yes, we will send you a proof in 2 workdays after receiving your order. Production begins only after we get your approval of the artwork.

Yes, we offer pre-production samples with only a mold charge. Sampling takes 10-12 workdays and mass production takes another 12-15 business days. If you need samples before production, please allow enough time for production.

Every design from customers will be checked carefully by our designers to make sure they are proper for production. And usually small changes are necessary for it to be turned into real products, such as stroke thickness and colors. If small details are the key to your design, full color printing is a good choice to capture delicate details.

Our standard attachment for pins are butterfly clutches. Additional attachment options, such as rubber clutches, high tack clutches, tie clips, cufflinks are also available.

All pins are individually poly bagged. Alternative packaging such as backing cards, OPP bags are also available.

Lead time

Our production lead time is usually 7 -15 workdays after your artwork approval. If you need your order urgently, tell our sales representative before you place the order. And we will see what we can do to help you to meet your deadline.

All orders are shipped via FedEx , UPS, DHL and TNT depending on the destination country. And typically 2-5 business days are required for standard shipping service.
